We follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding the return policy. There are several items clearly marked as non-returnable. For the other products, you can email us your return request.
In regards to returnable products, we have the following terms:
If it is a defective product, we need to receive the returned material and then inspect the claim. If the claim is confirmed and it is defective, the product will be returned with the shipping covered.
If it is a return for remorse, we return the product under the following conditions:
There is a 20% restocking charge.
The customer should pay the actual cost of the return shipping.
The product needs to be in its new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.
